High thermal performance premixed paste
Composed of a mixture of pure silica aerogel, resins, aggregates and recycled materials. Specific for creating thermal insulation systems for internal applications, THERMO XS 1000 is therefore used in the residential/civil sector for:
– reduce heat loss;
– correct thermal bridges;
– increase the surface temperature of the walls, thus preventing the formation of surface condensation, with the consequent development of mould, deterioration of the plaster and formation of efflorescence;
– increase living comfort in summer/winter

Evolution SC 202
CAM certified mineral filler
Ready to use, based on silicates and recycled aggregates, designed and developed specifically to create the surface finishing smoothing of the Thermorasante insulating product, giving the latter the necessary mechanical protection.
Total recycled material content in reference to the UNI EN ISO 14021:2016 regulation equal to 30.9% – CAM criteria.
To ensure correct mechanical resistance to the thermal insulation cycle, it is advisable to embed a 90 g/m2 alkali-resistant glass fibre mesh in the skim coat: the mesh must be embedded as a sandwich between the first and second coat of skim coat.
Packaging : 5 kg, 15 kg
Theoretical coverage : m2/Kg 0.75 for each applied coat,
m2/Kg 1.5 in the 2 applied coats
How to use
Smooth the entire surfaces with a smooth steel spatula, applying Evolution SC 202 (a highly breathable silicate-based mineral plaster with added aggregates, certified CAM) while simultaneously drowning the alkali-resistant fibreglass mesh (mesh of approximately 90 g/m2 with non-overlapping warp and weft).
Apply a second coat of Evolution SC 202 to eliminate the mesh texture, smoothing with a plastic trowel after removing the excess.
Wait until completely dry.
