A family history born in 1947 from a great gesture of generosity. Since then, we have been growing high-quality cereals, fodder and legumes , to offer you genuine and sustainable products.
Our History
The Maggiorelli Agricultural Company has its roots in 1947, thanks to an act of extraordinary generosity by Isabella Graziosi , wife of Alessandro Ramelli and cousin of Papa Pacelli . Despite not having children, Isabella decided to leave her 1111 hectares of land as an inheritance to all her born and future grandchildren, with the aim of guaranteeing them a prosperous future and giving life to a solid agricultural reality.
This legacy gave rise to the agricultural enterprise , which took the name of Azienda Agricola Maggiorelli. The young heirs, driven by passion and a spirit of innovation, committed themselves from day one to cultivate and enhance these lands, located in a fertile territory rich in tradition. Over the years, the company has distinguished itself in the production of tobacco (until the 1980s), cereals , fodder and, subsequently, high-quality legumes .
Thanks to the balance between agricultural tradition and new technologies, the Maggiorelli Farm has consolidated its reputation becoming a point of reference for the entire area.
